数字孪生密云水库流域建设方案构想 被引量:2

摘要 随着数据技术的快速发展和水务工作的加速改革,水务行业亟需进行数字化和智慧化的转型升级,密云水库作为北京重要的地表饮用水源地、水资源战略储备基地,在水务信息化工作中对其提出了新的要求。针对库区高水位运行和智慧化管理等问题带来的挑战,“数字孪生流域”理念为密云水库运行管理带来新的思路,本研究以增强流域智慧监管能力和满足高水位运行要求为主要目标,以密云水库流域实际业务工作为基础,以“数字孪生流域”建设为核心,在市级智慧水务1.0底座基础上构建密云水库数字孪生流域,对密云水库流域工程安全管理、防洪减灾、水资源管理及流域生态环境管理等提供了全新的思路。 With the rapid development of data technology and the accelerated reform of water utilities,the water conservancy industry is urgent need of digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading. Miyun Reservoir, as an important surface drinking water source and water resources strategic reserve base in Beijing, has put forward new requirements in the information work of water utilities. Movement and wisdom of the reservoir water level management issues such as the challenge of "digital twin basin" concept to bring new ideas. The main goal of this study is to enhance the intelligent supervision ability of the basin and meet the requirements of high water level operation. Based on the actual business work of Miyun Reservoir Basin, and with the construction of“digital twin basin”as the core, the digital twin basin of Miyun Reservoir is built on the basis of Municipal intelligent water 1.0 foundation. The research results provide a new idea for flood control and disaster reduction, water resource dispatching, engineering safety management and water ecological environment management of Miyun Reservoir basin.
