智慧密云水库管理平台研究

摘要 随着数据技术的快速发展和水务工作的加速改革,密云水库在水务信息化工作中的一些矛盾与问题逐步显露。水库流域感知监测能力不足、雨水情信息共享能力不足、流域生态空间管控难度大等许多问题对水库的管理运行带来了挑战。本研究以增强流域智慧监管能力和满足高水位运行要求为主要目标,协同对接“智慧水务1.0”市级核心业务系统,整合重构现有信息系统,兼顾社会公众的信息交互,设计构建智慧密云水库管理平台,为密云水库流域防洪减灾、水资源管理与调配、水生态保护、维护水工程安全及水库流域水务监管能力的增强等提供了全新的思路。 With the rapid development of data technology and the accelerated reform of water affairs work, some contradictions and problems in the water affairs information work of Miyun Reservoir are gradually revealed. Many problems, such as insufficient ability of reservoir basin perception and monitoring,insufficient ability of rainwater information sharing and difficulty of basin ecological space control, pose challenges to reservoir management and operation. The main objective of this study is to enhance the intelligent supervision capacity of the basin and meet the requirements of high-water operation. Meanwhile,this study cooperates with the municipal "smart water 1.0" core business system, integrates and reconstructs the existing information system, and designs and constructs an intelligent Miyun Reservoir management system combined with public information interaction. It provides a new idea for flood control and disaster reduction, water resource management and allocation, water ecological protection, water project safety maintenance, and enhancement of water supervision capacity in Miyun Reservoir basin.
