温阳固本宣肺化痰汤治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病阳虚证临床研究

Clinical Study on Wenyang Guben Xuanfei Huatan Decoction in the Ttreatment Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Yang Deficiency Syndrome

目的观察温阳固本宣肺化痰汤治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)阳虚证的临床疗效。方法将60例辨证为阳虚的COPD患者分为温阳固本宣肺化痰汤治疗组30例和西药对照组30例,均治疗8周。观察治疗前后2组患者中医证候积分、临床疗效、第一秒用力呼气流量(FEV1)、FEV1占预计值%、用力肺活量(FVC)、慢性阻塞性肺病评估测试(CAT)评分、修订的呼吸困难量表(mMRC)评分的变化。结果治疗组与对照组临床疗效、CAT值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组FEV1、FEV1占预计值百分比、FVC值、mMRC值均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论温阳固本宣肺化痰汤与西药的临床疗效相似,但在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期阳虚证患者肺功能方面优于对照组,值得推广并深入研究。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Guben Xuanfei Huatan Decoction in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:60 COPD patients with yang deficiency were divided into Wenyang Guben Xuanfei Huatan Decoction treatment group and western medicine control group,30 cases each group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,forced expiratory flow in one second(FEV1),FEV1%of predicted value,forced vital capacity(FVC),COPD assessment test(CAT)score,revised changes in dyspnea scale(mMRC)scores were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy and CAT value between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05,P<0.01 and P<0.001).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Wenyang Guben Xuanfei Huatan Decoction is similar to that of western medicine,but the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the lung function of COPD patients with stable yang deficiency syndrome,which is worthy of promotion and further research.
