非稳态下混凝土浇筑质量补偿控制方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对预制混凝土构件非稳态下浇筑质量控制存在的质量偏差问题,提出了非稳态浇筑质量补偿控制方法。该方法从预制混凝土构件生产工艺流程出发,分析非稳态下浇筑质量控制存在偏差的原因和特点。据此,从浇筑构件的几何体质量模型和浇筑过程的浇筑质量模型两方面,基于数学推导建立并求解非稳态浇筑质量补偿控制模型。最后,采用实际浇筑生产数据开展实验验证。结果表明,设计的非稳态浇筑质量补偿控制方法能在较短的时间和距离内对浇筑质量偏差进行补偿,不仅可以提高预制混凝土构件浇筑精度,丰富浇筑质量控制相关理论,而且可以避免二次补料,节省工时。 Aiming at the mass deviation problem of the pouring mass control in the unsteady production of precast concrete components,the method of mass compensation control under unsteady pouring is proposed.Based on the production process of precast concrete components,the reasons and characteristics of the deviation in pouring mass control under unsteady state are analyzed.After establishing the geometric mass model of the pouring component and the pouring mass model of the pouring process,the compensation control model of pouring mass under unsteady state is established and solved based on mathematical deduction.Finally,the actual production data of concrete pouring are used to carry out experimental verification.The results show that the designed method of mass compensation control under unsteady pouring can compensate the mass deviation in a short time and distance,which can not only improve the pouring mass accuracy of precast concrete components and enrich the related theories of pouring mass control,but also avoid secondary feeding and save time.
