摘要
企业资源计划(ERP)系统中蕴含大量用户操作行为数据,但其对企业管理的意义一直被忽略。以某出版社的ERP系统操作日志为例,探究ERP通过内部行为数据帮助企业提升管理能力的可行性及方式,应用数据挖掘与统计学方法构建ERP系统用户行为画像,通过基于时间轴的多视图合并的可视化逻辑,对构建的ERP系统用户行为画像进行年时间轴、日时间轴以及无时间轴三类可视化呈现,最后分析ERP用户行为可视化画像的应用场景、应用实例及应用规制。研究发现,所构建的ERP用户行为可视化画像以较少视图数目实现对多维行为数据简洁清晰的表征,可为企业人力资源管理以及ERP系统个性化设计提供支持。
Enterprise resource planning(ERP)system contains a lot of user behavior data,whose significance for enterprise management has been neglected.Taking the ERP system operation logs of a publishing house as examples,to explore the feasibility and way of ERP system helping enterprise,improved management ability with its internal user behavior data.Firstly,data mining and statistical methods were applied to construct ERP user behavior profiles.And then through the visualization logic of multi-view merging based on the same time axis,the user profiles constructed were visualized in three kinds of views:year-time axis,day-time axis and no-time axis.Finally,application scenarios,examples and limits of visual ERP user behavior profiles were analyzed.It has been found that the visual ERP user behavior profiles constructed can present the ERP user behavior data succinctly and clearly with a small amount of views,supporting human resource management and personalized design of ERP system.
