摘要
将作业任务分配到工作站的装配线平衡问题,以及将工作站分配到物料超市的规划问题,决定了整个工作系统的操作成本、物流成本以及工作效率。到目前为止,大部分文献对于这两个问题都是相继解决的。本文深入分析了装配线平衡与物料超市规划问题之间的相互依赖关系,采用了协调规划的方法,提出了改进的两阶段模型以及整体优化模型,并与原两阶段数学模型结果进行了对比,验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。
The assembly line balancing problem of assigning tasks to work stations and the planning problem of assigning work stations to material supermarkets determine the operation cost,logistics cost and work efficiency of the whole work system.So far,most of the literatures had solved these two problems one by one.In this paper,the interdependence between assembly line balancing and material supermarket planning was deeply analyzed.The coordinated planning method was adopted,and the improved two-stage model and the overall optimization model were proposed.The results were compared with the original two-stage mathematical model to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
