摘要
企业通过组建战略联盟所获得的联盟经验有利于自身创新活动的开展。依据资源基础理论,就165份有效样本,首先,分析了联盟经验对联盟企业创新绩效的直接影响;其次,考察了在这一影响过程中关系强度和知识治理机制的中介作用。研究结果表明,联盟经验对联盟企业创新绩效存在显著的正向影响;联盟企业之间的关系强度未起到中介作用;知识治理机制的两个维度,即结构化知识治理机制和过程化知识治理机制均起到部分中介作用。研究结果可以为联盟企业基于所积累的联盟经验提高创新绩效提供建议,推动联盟企业的创新发展。
The alliance experience gained by the enterprise through establishing strategic alliance is conducive to the development of its innovation activity.Based on the resource-based theory,with 165 valid samples,firstly,the influence of alliance experience on innovation performance of alliance enterprise was analyzed;secondly,the mediation effects of relational strength and knowledge governance mechanism in the influence process were examined.The results show that alliance experience has significantly positive influence on innovation performance of alliance enterprise;relational strength among alliance enterprises does not play mediation role;the two dimensions of knowledge governance mechanism,namely structuring knowledge governance mechanism and proceduring knowledge governance mechanism play partial mediation roles.The results of the research can provide corresponding suggestions for alliance enterprise to improve innovation performance based on accumulated alliance experience,and promote the innovation development of alliance enterprise.
