摘要
设计一种N形柔性铰链,分析弯扭耦合片段的等效刚度,并推导出N形柔性铰链的刚度计算公式。通过ABAQUS软件仿真分析,验证N形柔性铰链等效刚度理论计算公式的正确性。在此基础上,分析柔性铰链的厚度和弯扭耦合片段与x轴的夹角对N形柔性铰链刚度的影响,并对N形柔性铰链进行失效分析,得到两种不同材料N形柔性铰链的最大转角,结果表明,N形柔性铰链能实现较大的弯曲变形。最后,加工制作基于N形柔性铰链的平面折展滑块机构,试验结果进一步表明,N形柔性铰链具备大变形能力且能保持良好的精度。
In this article,the N-shaped flexure hinge’s structure of is designed,and the equivalent stiffness of the bending-torsional coupling segment is analyzed;the theoretical formula of the equivalent stiffness of the N-shaped flexure hinge is derived.Through a series of simulation and analysis,efforts are made to verify that this theoretical formula is valid by means of the ABAQUS software.On this basis,the influence of the flexure hinge’s thickness as well as the angle between the axis x and the bending-torsional coupling segment on the N-shaped flexure hinge’s stiffness is explored.Then,the N-shaped flexure hinge is subject to the failure analysis;the maximum rotation angles of two different materials are worked out.It’s shown that thanks to the N-shaped flexure hinge,larger bending deformation is ensured.Finally,the lamina emergent slider mechanism based on the N-shaped flexure hinge is produced.These experimental results have further shown that the N-shaped flexure hinge ensures large deformation with high accuracy.
