摘要
为挖掘青年群体对电动汽车方向盘外观的感性需求,解决感性需求与产品造型、材质间的匹配问题,提出电动汽车方向盘外观意象的设计方法。以感性工学理论为基础,通过问卷调研、多维尺度分析和聚类分析确定代表意象词汇与样本;使用语义差异法和李克特量表获取感性意象评价值,运用格拉布斯(Grubbs)准则找出数据异常值;结合主成分分析法,提取影响外观意象设计的主要因子;采用造型图表法构建代表意象词汇与各设计要素间的映射模型,确定青年群体偏好的方向盘外观;运用模糊综合评价法对3个设计方案进行满意度排序,从而筛选最佳设计方案。研究结果表明:使用感性工学和模糊综合评价方法构建的外观意象模型能有效提取青年群体对电动汽车方向盘外观的感性需求。
In order to explore the youth perceptual requirement for the appearance of electric vehicle steering wheel and solve the matching problem between perceptual requirement and product modeling,material,an appearance image design method of electric vehicle steering wheel was proposed.The representative imagery words and samples were determined through questionnaire survey,multidimensional scale analysis and cluster analysis based on kansei engineering theory.Semantic difference method and Likert scale were used to obtain perceptual imagery evaluation values.Grubbs criterion was applied to screen abnormal data.The main factors influencing the design were extracted combined with principal component analysis.A mapping model between the perception of appearance image and each design element was constructed using modeling diagram method to identify youth preferred steering wheel appearance.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to rank the satisfaction of three design schemes,so as to screen the optimal design scheme.The results showed that the appearance image model constructed by kansei engineering and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation could effectively extract the perceptual requirements of young people for appearance design of electric vehicle steering wheel.
