摘要
为降低检修作业职业病危害风险,提高检修工作效率,适应未来智能工厂的发展趋势,以智能机床检修为例,采用Jack软件对现有检修工作流程进行人机工程仿真分析。在此基础上,通过下背部分析、静态强度分析、搬运受力分析、可达域分析,辨别出现有检修动作的不合理性,发现设计缺陷,提出自动跟随式检修工具车的设计方案。基于Jack再次仿真分析表明:设计改进后,腰椎L4/L5关节、髋关节、踝关节、膝关节、肩关节等人体关节的受力降低,提升了维修人员的舒适性,降低了维修人员职业病风险,提升了检修效率。
In order to reduce the risk of occupational disease,improve the efficiency of maintenance work,and adapt to the development trend of smart factory in the future,the intelligent machine maintenance was taken as the example to perform ergonomic simulation analysis of existed maintenance workflow using Jack software.On this basis,lower back,static strength,handling force,and reachability were analyzed to distinguish current design irrationality of maintenance actions.After founding design defects,a design scheme of an automatic follow-up overhaul tool vehicle was proposed.The simulation reanalysis revealed that the improved design could reduce the stress on human joints such as lumbar L4/L5 joint,hip joint,ankle joint,knee joint,and shoulder joint.The comfort and efficiency of maintenance man were improved,the risk of occupational disease was reduced.
