山西省文化旅游业高质量发展路径探析--基于发达地区旅游业发展的经验启示

Study on High-quality Development Path of Cultural Tourism in Shanxi Province--Based on the Experience of Tourism Development in Developed Area

山西省文化旅游业的高质量发展为山西省经济的绿色发展、高水平崛起注入了新动能,全域旅游、文旅融合是文化旅游业高质量发展的实践探索。为寻找山西文化旅游高质量发展的突破口,文章对旅游业发达地区发展的思维和模式进行剖析,发现政府、行业和企业以各自不同角色为出发点,在注重业态融合创新、优化服务体验、铸造品牌特色、用数据服务决策、以品质引领方向等方面做出贡献。为此,在经济新常态下,山西省应转化角色,以公共服务设施的功能提升、标准化建设的持续推进、文化旅游统计管理体制的建立、文化消费力的培养等为发力点,重新整合文化旅游业发展的思路,助力山西高质量转型发展。

The high-quality development of cultural tourism in Shanxi province has injected new impetus into the green development and high-level rise of Shanxi’s economy. The integration of regional tourism and cultural tourism is the practical exploration of the high-quality development of cultural tourism. In order to find the breakthrough point of high-quality development of Shanxi cultural tourism, the author studies the mode of developing cultural tourism in the sample areas. By comparative study, the author finds that the government, industry and enterprises should focus on integration and innovation, optimizing service experience, casting brand characteristics, data servicing decision-making and leading the direction with quality. Therefore, under the new normal of Shanxi’s economy, it is supposed to transform the function of the government, to improve the public service facilities, to promote the standardization construction, to establish the cultural tourism statistical management system, and to cultivate the cultural consumption power. It is essential to re-integrate the development of cultural tourism ideas and to promote the high-quality development of Shanxi.
