摘要
职业选择及发展始终是职业心理研究重点,在现有研究成果中,最具代表性的学说为SCCT,该理论强调个人目标、自我效能以及结果期待,均会在不同程度上影响着职业选择。文章便以该理论为切入点,在对理论核心观念、劳动教育作用进行详细说明的基础上,结合当今社会对高校学生所提出要求,围绕劳动教育实践展开了讨论,内容主要涉及确定教育实践理念、激发学生参与意识等方面。希望能使教师受到启发,为日后劳动教育可得到有效开展提供理论依据。
Career selection and development have always been the focus of professional psychology research. Among the existing research results, the most representative theory is the SCCT. This theory emphasizes individual goals, self-efficacy and outcome expectations. On the basis of the detailed explanation of the theoretical core concept and the role of labor education, combined with the requirements of college students in today’s society, it discusses the practice of labor education, the content of which mainly involves such aspects as determining the concept of educational practice and stimulating students’ participation consciousness. It is hoped that the teachers can be inspired, and it can provide theoretical basis for the effective development of labor education in the future.
