党的十八大强调培育全面发展的建设人才,是高职思政教育不可推卸的责任。基于辅导员工作范围,其始终将学生思政教育作为首要任务,辅导员在学生思政教育工作团队中占据骨干地位,其开展思政教育工作的成效与学生是否认同并充分掌握思政教育知识息息相关,所以从学理层面探究思政教育工作的实用性和有效性具备现实意义。

The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the cultivation of all-round development of construction talents,which is an inescapable responsibility of ideological and political education in higher vocational education.Based on the scope of work of the counselor,it always regards the ideological and political education of students as the primary task.The counselor occupies a backbone position in the student ideological and political education work team.The effectiveness of the ideological and political education work is related to whether the students agree with and fully grasp the knowledge of ideological and political education.It is closely related,so it is of practical significance to explore the practicality and effectiveness of ideological and political education from the academic and theoretical level.
