高校“课程思政”在烹饪英语教学改革中的探究分析

摘要 “课程思政”是落实立德树人根本任务的重要抓手,高校英语教师有责任肩负起思政教育的重任,将思政元素融入课堂教学的全过程,使学生在掌握英语基本知识和技能的同时,提高思想道德水平和政治觉悟。这要求英语教师将思政元素与语言知识教学合理融合,提升课堂思想高度。本文就如何在高校烹饪英语教学改革中实施思政教育进行了探究,总结出在烹饪英语课程中融入思政教育的有效途径及方法。 “Curriculum for ideological and moral education”is an important starting point for the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education.College English teachers have the responsibility to shoulder the ideological and political education and put ideological and political elements into the whole process of English teaching,so that students can grasp English basic knowledge and skills and improve their ideological and moral level and political consciousness at the same time.This requires English teachers to enhance their own political literacy and educational ability.This paper explores how to implement ideological and political education in the teaching reform of English for cuisine,and how to obtain effective ways and methods to integrate ideological and political education into English for cuisine courses.
