摘要
职业教育现代化建设视角下,要根据职业能力递进的基本规律,科学地推进职教本科教学模式创新工作。立体和综合解析职业能力递进的基本内涵,客观和理性阐释职教本科教学模式创新的深层次原因。精准定位工作目标,稳步发展中创新和优化职教本科教学模式。科学设计“学科+专业”的课程内容,沿着产业转型方向精准发力。做好育人链、产业链、创新链的优化和衔接,创新性地开展人才培育工作,促使学生职业能力获得层次性的递进和提升。
From the perspective of vocational education modernization,we should scientifically promote the innovation of undergraduate teaching mode of vocational education according to the basic law of progressive vocational ability.Three dimensional and comprehensive analysis of the basic connotation of progressive professional ability,objective and rational interpretation of the deep-seated reasons for the innovation of undergraduate teaching mode of vocational education.It aims to accurately position the work objectives,innovate and optimize the undergraduate teaching mode of vocational education in steady development.We should scientifically design the course content of“discipline+specialty”and make accurate efforts along the direction of industrial transformation.We should do a good job in the optimization and connection of education chain,industrial chain and innovation chain,and carry out innovative talent cultivation,so as to promote the hierarchical advancement and improvement of students’professional ability.
