今本《淮南子》中“属书”和“书论”两种文本论析——兼论《鸿烈》为《淮南内》“书论”之名

今本《淮南子》有许多重复杂乱的地方,存在大量重文复义的现象,形成这种驳杂重复现象的原因之一,是有注解阐释的文字掺杂进了刘安原文。这些注解阐释的文字羼入正文的情况,有一些在高诱注解《淮南子》时已经存在了,所以高诱所看到的《淮南子》,已经是一个注文原文相掺杂的文本。根据今本《淮南子·要略》中的文字,结合今本《淮南子》其他各篇的情况来判断,今本《淮南子》中事实上同时存在着“属书”和“书论”两种文本,这两种文本在写作宗旨、篇目名称和篇目数量上都有着明显的区别;其中的“书论”文本,很可能就叫做《鸿烈》或《淮南鸿烈》。

The text of the Huainanzi is confused. One of the causes is that it includes two parts of different texts. One part is the original text written by Liu’an, and the other part is the text which explains the former. The two different parts mixed in one book, which leads to the confused text of the Huainanzi that exists nowadays. Based on the content of the outline of the Huainanzi, it is very clear that the two different texts within the Huainanzi have obvious differences on every aspects such as the main purpose of the whole book, the names of each parts, and the quantities of the parts which the book contains.
