摘要
目的 探讨结构—过程—结果(SPO)模式联合健康教育在行肝脏超声造影患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年7月至2020年10月在中山大学附属中山医院超声影像科行肝脏超声造影的98例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组患者予以健康教育干预,观察组患者在对照组护理方法的基础上结合SPO模式进行干预。比较2组的影像质量、患者的护理配合度、疾病知识掌握情况、简明心理状态量表(BPOMS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组的影像质量总优良率高于对照组(P<0.05),患者护理配合度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),患者对超声造影和疾病知识的总掌握率高于对照组(P<0.05),紧张、生气、疲劳、抑郁、活力、困惑评分均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 SPO模式联合健康教育可以提高行肝脏超声造影患者的造影影像质量、护理配合度及对疾病知识的掌握程度,且有助于改善其心理状态。
Objective To explore the application effect of structure-process-outcome(SPO)model combined with health education in patients undergoing liver contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent liver contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the Department of Ultrasound at Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were assigned into the control group and the observation group by using a random number table. Both groups contained 49 cases. The control group received health education intervention,and the observation group additionally received intervention of SPO model on the basis of the control group. The image quality,nursing cooperation,mastery of disease knowledge,Brief Profile Of Mood States(BPOMS)scores,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The overall excellent and good rate of image quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P< 0. 05). The nursing cooperation of the patients was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0. 05). The overall mastery rate of contrastenhanced ultrasound and disease knowledge was higher than that in the control group(P< 0. 05). The scores of tension,anger,fatigue,depression,vigor,and confusion were better than those in the control group(all P< 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P> 0. 05). Conclusion The SPO model combined with health education can improve the image quality,nursing cooperation,and mastery of disease knowledge of patients undergoing liver contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and help improve their psychological state.
