艾灸联合互动式健康教育对溃疡性结肠炎患者的干预效果

Intervention effect of moxa-wool moxibustion combined with interactive health education on patients with ulcerative colitis

目的 探讨对溃疡性结肠炎患者实施艾灸联合互动式健康教育的效果。方法 以徐州市中医院于2020年2~12月收治的90例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成2组(每组45例)。对照组给予艾灸治疗+常规护理,观察组在对照组治疗和护理方法的基础上联合互动式健康教育。比较2组患者的临床疗效、中医证候、生活质量及健康教育效果。结果 观察组的总有效率(97.78%)较对照组(84.44%)更高(P<0.05)。干预1个月后,2组的各项中医证候评分均较干预前降低,炎症性肠病患者生存质量问卷(IBDQ)各维度评分均较干预前升高,认知水平各方面评分均较干预前升高;与对照组相比,观察组的上述评分均更优,均存在统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论 对溃疡性结肠炎患者实施艾灸联合互动式健康教育的治疗效果更为显著,可改善患者临床症状,提升其生存质量和认知水平。

Objective To explore the effect of moxa-wool moxibustion combined with interactive health education on patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 90 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Xuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups via random number table method(45 cases in each group). The control group was given moxa-wool moxibustion therapy and routine nursing,and the observation group was given interactive health education on the basis of the therapy and nursing method of the control group. The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,quality of life,and health education effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97. 78%)was higher than that of the control group(84. 44%,P< 0. 05). After 1 month of intervention,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in both groups were lower than those before the intervention. The scores of all dimensions of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire(IBDQ)were higher than those before the intervention.The scores of all aspects of cognitive level were higher than those before the intervention. Compared with the control group,the above scores of the observation group were better. The differences were significant(all P< 0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of moxa-wool moxibustion combined with interactive health education is more significant for patients with ulcerative colitis. It can improve the clinical symptoms,quality of life,and cognitive level of patients.
