摘要
通常,钢铁零件的调质处理都是粗加工后进行的,加工余量大,影响其使用性能。为了揭示成品件特别是薄壁成品件能否进行调质处理,采用热传导模型、Power弹塑性本构模型和连续冷却转变(CCT)相变模型模拟了一种42CrMo钢薄壁开口成品件的调质处理,计算了它的残余应力、平整度和不同方向的变形量。结果表明:薄壁成品件调质处理是可行的,从而可以充分发挥材料的潜力。
As a rule, steel parts are quenched and tempered after rough machining, have great finish allowance, thus affecting their operating performance. To discover whether finished part, particularly finished thin-wall part, can be quenched and tempered, the quenching-and-tempering of a finished thin-wall opening part of 42 CrMo steel was simulated by heat conduction model, Power elastoplastic constitutive model, and continuous cooling transformation CCT phase transformation model, and its residual stress, flatness and deformation amounts in different directions were calculated. The results indicated that the quenching-and-tempering of finished thin-wall parts is feasible, which makes it possible to give full play to the potential of materials.
