在阿德莫尔小学存在已久的文化,明显的透露出整个学校的强烈的高价值社区意识深厚的影响到每个强调协作力的年级。设计创建L形的教室集群是按年级组织,并开放到共享的工作区,显示出设计精心响应的价值。这种布局允许教室能够在21世纪的学习环境中合作并开展工作。这些课堂集群位于学校中心,策略性地布置在两层楼的图书馆周围。图书馆的玻璃墙和走廊的大开口被视为一个透明的灯塔,鼓励连通性,激励学生和教师提供强烈的社区意识。
