日本近代“公德”与文明

Public Morality and Civilization in Modern Japan

日本明治维新后,一方面,随着技术的发展,文明开化的实施,新文明推进了国民“公德”水平的提高;另一方面,日本近代自明治时代后期开始,随着国民“公德”水平的不断提升,近代新的文明随之发展。日本近代的文明与“公德”相互促进、紧密联系交织在一起,共同促进了社会的发展,其表现:其一,日本近代“公德”论热潮及实践中“公德”推进基于西洋文明的刺激;其二,日本近代国民“公德”提升促进了新“文明”发展;其三,日本近代“公德”与“文明”交织在一起密不可分。

After the Meiji Restoration in Japan,on the one hand,with the development of technology and the implementation of civilization,the new civilization promoted the improvement of the level of national“public morality”;on the other hand,since the late Meiji era in Modern Japan,with the continuous improvement of the level of national“public morality”,the modern new civilization has developed accordingly.That is to say,the modern Japanese civilization promoted each other,closely linked and interwoven,and jointly promoted the development of society.Firstly,the upsurge of Japanese modern“public morality”theory and the promotion of“public morality”in practice were based on the stimulation of Western civilization;secondly,the promotion of Japanese modern“public morality”promoted the development of new“civilization”;thirdly,Japanese modern“public morality”and“civilization”were intertwined.
