习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装农村青年路径调查研究

Investigation on the Path of Arming Rural Youth with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era

通过问卷调查发现,农村青年对习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想具有比较高的认同度,但对理论的知晓度一般,呈现理性认同与朴素认同交织的特点。网络、微信、影视和书籍是农村青年获取理论信息的主要渠道。农村青年对党和政府宣传、报纸、内部文件、书籍、讲座等传统正式载体比较信任,对网络新媒体并不信任。农村青年对社会实践活动、树立正面典型人物和党团组织开展的学习活动的有效性评价最高,对日常生活、理论培训和自主学习活动的效果评价较差。农村青年生活满意度、生活态度、人生目标、政治观的积极度与习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的知晓度、认同度之间存在正相关关系。领导干部公信力、社会环境、个人对理论的兴趣、宣传教育方法和网络信息是影响农村青年理论武装效果的主要因素。进一步优化习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装路径,应提高农村党组织的意识形态领导能力,完善农村青年理论武装工作制度,将理论内容与推进乡村振兴实践深度融合,打造具有农村特色的理论武装载体,提高理论武装方法的针对性。

Through a questionnaire survey,it is found that rural youths have a relatively high degree of identification with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,but their knowledge of the theory is not high,showing the characteristics of rational identity and simple identity.The Internet,wechat,movies and books are the main channels for rural youth to obtain theoretical information.Rural youth trust traditional formal media such as the Party and government propaganda,newspapers,internal documents,books and lectures,but do not trust new online media.Rural youth have the highest evaluation on the effectiveness of social practice activities,the establishment of positive typical figures and the learning activities carried out by the Party and League organizations,but have a poor evaluation on the effectiveness of daily life,theoretical training and independent learning activities.There is a positive correlation between the life satisfaction,life attitude,life goals,political outlook of rural youth and the awareness and recognition of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The credibility of leading cadres,social environment,personal interest in theory,educational methods,and network information are the main factors that affect the theoretical armed effect of rural youth.To further optimize the path of arming rural youth with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,it is necessary to improve the ideological leadership of rural Party organizations,improve the theoretical arming work system,deeply integrate theoretical content with the practice of promoting rural revitalization,create carrier with rural characteristics,and improves the pertinence of theoretical armed methods.
