Research on the Interpretation of Shifang食方of the Huxishan Han Bamboo Slips

文章綜合虎溪山漢簡《食方》的整理者意見、簡帛網上的討論意見,全面梳理了虎溪山漢簡《食方》的釋文,對學界的文字考釋意見進行了吸收,補充了一些整理者未釋的簡文或殘字、綴合了部分殘簡、訂正了整理者釋文中的部分錯誤,並對個别疑難字詞進行了考釋。

Synthesizing the opinions from the collator of Shifang食方of the Huxishan Han Bamboo Slips and the discussion from the website Bamboo and Silk Manuscrips(http://www.bsm.org.cn),this article comprehensively straightens out the interpretations of the Shifang of the Huxishan Han Bamboo Slips,absorbs the academic opinions of textual research,supplements some interpretation of the texts or fragmentary characters not interpreted by the collator,rejoins some incomplete slips,corrects some errors in the collator's interpretation,and interprets several specific knotty characters.
