摘要 针对弹载环境的加速度信号采集需求,设计了一种弹载加速度信号采集存储系统。该系统以STM32作为主控芯片,控制片内A/D转换器采集加速度传感器输出的电压信号,并且通过DMA双缓冲方式写入Nand Flash芯片,可通过无线通信方式实现与上位机的交互和数据传输。该系统可实现1 MS/s的采集速率和数据实时存储,具有功耗低、成本少、体积小等优点。试验结果表明,该系统能准确采集传感器信号,满足弹载加速度信号的测量精度要求。 Aiming at the requirement of acceleration signal acquisition in missile-borne environment,a missile-borne acceleration signal acquisition and storage system is designed.The system uses STM32 chip as the master chip to control the A/D converter in the chip to collect the voltage signal output by the acceleration sensor,and to write the voltage signal into the Nand Flash chip by DMA double buffering,which can realize the interaction and data transmission with the host computer through wireless communication.The system can realize the acquisition rate of 1 MS/s and real-time data storage,and has the advantages of low power consumption,low cost and small size.The test results show that the system can accurately collect sensor signals and meet the requirements of measurement accuracy of acceleration signals on the missile.
