大电流自控制熔断器核心技术开发及研究

摘要 研究了满足大电流自控制熔断器核心部件的两项关键技术。对发热体引出电极方式进行研究,结果表明,采用平行电极线方式能够为发热体提供更持久的热能,满足大电流自控制熔断器过电压时熔断合金的电性能需求。对满足大电流使用的新型合金进行研究,最终的研究成果是,获得了5μm镀银层包覆低熔点锡合金的新型合金。 This paper studies two key technologies to meet requirements of the core components of high current self-control fuse.One technology studies the method of leading the electrode from the heating element.The results show that the method of parallel electrode line can make the heating element provide more lasting heat energy and meet the electrical performance requirements of the fused alloy when the high current self-controlled fuse is over voltage.Another technology studies the new alloy which can meet the use of high current,and finally obtains the new alloy of 5 μm silver coating coated with low melting point tin alloy.
