中频炉炉料烘干装置设计

Design of Drying Equipment Used in Intermediate Frequency Furnace

在用中频炉熔炼时,要严格控制炉料的含水量,炉料在入炉时含水量高,在冶炼过程中容易发生喷溅,存在安全隐患,同时对钢水的化学成分也有一定的影响。本文以铸造厂所用的中频炉炉料为研究对象,设计了一种应用于炉料含水量较高中频炉的烘干装置。实践证明,此烘干装置烘干效果良好。

The water content of charge should be strictly controlled when intermediate frequency furnace is used for smelting. If the water content of the charge is high in the furnace,the molten steel is prone to spatter in the smelting process,and it will also affect the chemical composition of molten steel. In this paper,the medium frequency furnace charge used in the foundry is taken as the research object,and a drying device is designed for the charge with high water content.
