摘要 在“双碳”目标下,新能源汽车已经成为汽车工业重要支撑。2021年我国新能源汽车全年销量超过350万辆,市场占有率提升至13.4%.今年1月~4月全国新能源汽车产销分别完成160.5万辆和155.6万辆,同比均增长1.1倍。特斯拉一体压铸效应轰动了汽车制造业,迎来了汽车车身工程工艺的变革,一体化压铸促进了铝合金材料创新与发展。本文以压铸件在汽车上应用情况,讲述了一体压铸优势和免热处理铝合金材料促进用铝量增长,重点阐述了免热处理压铸铝合金材料应用于一体化压铸的开发与应用案例。新能源汽车发展和一体压铸效应共同促进了铝合金材料创新与发展,对我国汽车轻量化发展有着重要的意义。 Under the “double carbon”goal,New energy vehicles have become an important support for the automotive industry.In 2021,China′s annual sales of new energy vehicles exceeded 3.5 million,the market share increased to 13.4%. From January to April this year,the national production and sales of new energy vehicles completed 1.605 million and 1.556 million respectively,the average year-on-year growth was 1.1 times. Tesla′ s integrated die-casting effect has caused a sensation in the automobile manufacturing industry,Ushered in the transformation of automobile body engineering technology,Integrated die casting promotes the innovation and development of aluminum alloy materials. Based on the application of die casting in automobile,The advantages of integrated die casting and heat-free aluminum alloy materials promote the growth of aluminum consumption,This paper focuses on the development and application of heat-free die-casting aluminum alloy material in integrated die-casting. The development of new energy vehicles and the integrated die casting effect have jointly promoted the innovation and development of aluminum alloy materials,It is of great significance to the development of automobile lightweight in China.
