镁合金表面微弧氧化自封孔膜层研究进展

摘要 传统微弧氧化膜层表面呈多孔结构,在一定程度上影响了其性能,从而限制其应用和发展,因此对膜层进行封孔处理被广泛应用。其中在膜层制备过程中实现自封孔,工艺简化、高效、性能良好,因而成为微弧氧化封孔工艺领域的研究焦点。论文综述了近年来,镁合金表面微弧氧化自封孔膜层制备及性能研究进展,并阐述了自封孔工艺存在的问题和改进方案,表明可以通过加入不同添加剂或外加电场来实现微弧氧化膜层的自封孔。 The surface coating prepared by the traditional MAO processes is porous,which affects performances of the MAO coatings to a certain degree,and limits its application and development. Thus the sealing treatment of coating is widely used. Among of them,the self-sealing process realized in the preparation of MAO coatings is simplified,high efficiency and good performance,which has become the research focus in the field of sealing pores process. This paper summarizes the progress in preparation and properties of self-sealing MAO coatings. From a large amount of literature,the coatings can be realized by adding different additives or applied electric fields.
