喷丸成形2024铝合金整体带筋壁板变形规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的获得2024铝合金在不同喷丸参数下壁板外表面的变形规律。方法选取喷丸气压、移动速度、预应力3个工艺参数作为正交试验因素进行预应力喷丸成形正交试验,研究在不同参数组合下单筋件的变形规律。结果工艺参数按对单筋件变形量影响程度从大到小的顺序依次为:移动速度、预应力和喷丸气压。获得了2024铝合金单筋试验件喷丸成形后曲率半径与气压、移动速度和预应力之间的回归方程,其拟合值与试验值偏差小于12.6%。结论获得了喷丸成形工艺参数对单筋件弯曲变形的影响规律,建立了工艺参数与曲率半径的回归方程,可为今后带筋壁板零件的喷丸成形工艺设计提供参考。 The work aims to obtain the deformation law of outer surface of 2024 aluminum alloy panel under different shot peen parameters.Three technological parameters,i.e.shot peen pressure,moving velocity and prestress,were selected as factors to carry out orthogonal experiment of prestressed shot peen forming,and the deformation law of single-reinforcement workpiece was studied under different parameter combinations.The technological parameters were moving velocity,prestress and shot peen pressure in the order of effect on the deformation of single-reinforcement workpiece.The regression equation between the curvature radius of 2024 aluminum alloy single-reinforcement specimen after shot peen forming and pressure,moving velocity and prestress was obtained,and the deviation between the fitting value and the experimental value was less than 12.6%.The effect law of shot peen forming parameters on the bending deformation of single-reinforcement workpiece is obtained,and the model of the effect of technological parameters on the curvature radius is established,which can provide a reference for the shape control of such structures in shot peen forming in the future.
