摘要 戊型肝炎(Hepatitis E)是由戊型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis E virus, HEV)感染引发的一种人兽共患病,大量研究来阐释HEV的分子生物学特征及致病机制。但由于缺乏合适的动物模型及高效的体外病毒培养系统,HEV的研究仍然存在一些空白。作为唯一具备跨物种传播能力的肝炎病毒,HEV在不同物种间传播的特征,特别是决定HEV跨种属感染的分子机制仍然不明。论文从HEV编码蛋白功能的角度探讨了HEV编码蛋白与HEV跨种属感染机制及宿主范围的关系,可为进一步深入研究HEV分子流行病学及综合防控提供科学依据。 Hepatitis E is a zoonotic disease caused by infection of hepatitis E virus(HEV).Since its discovery in 1990 s, researchers have made tremendous efforts to elucidate molecular mechanisms and pathogenesis of this pathogen.However, due to lacking of animal models and effective in vitro cell culture systems, many aspects of HEV remains unknown.As the only hepatitis virus has animal reservoir, the transmission characteristics and determinant of cross-species infection of HEV from animals to human remain elusive.In this review, we systematically summarized recent advance towards the function of HEV encoded proteins and their potential roles played in cross-species infection by HEV,to provide new insight and deeper understanding toward molecular epidemiology and control of hepatitis E.
