摘要
基于碳达峰、碳中和目标背景,以工程建设企业的低碳转型策略为研究对象,以节能降碳理念为指引,主要从项目执行、技术研发和市场开发三个方面对企业流程再造和业务升级展开研究探索。全方位地阐述了碳排放管理、技术路线低碳化、低碳采购管理体系、施工资源碳足迹跟踪管理、新兴低碳行业拓展,以及市场开发与项目执行和技术研发协同发展等低碳转型发展路径,对工程建设企业的转型提供具有建设性和可操作性的指导意见。
Based on the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,this paper takes the low-carbon transition strategy of engineering construction enterprises as the research object,and the concept of energy conservation and carbon reduction as the guidance,carries out research and exploration on reengineering and business upgrading.Comprehensively elaborates on carbon emission management,low-carbon technology route,low-carbon procurement management system,construction resource carbon footprint,exploitation of emerging low-carbon industries and coordinated low-carbon of market development with project execution and technology research and development.These low-carbon transition paths provide constructive and actionable guidance for engineering construction enterprises.
