锂电池柜式储能系统是我国近年来出口的重要高技术产品,主要出口美国、欧洲等国家和地区。由于该类产品未在《国际海运危险货物规则》中明确列出,安全运输条件不明确。针对该产品的危险性以及水路运输过程中存在的问题,从分类、锂电池、包装、标志和标记、积载和操作等方面,对船舶载运锂电池柜式储能系统的安全运输条件进行分析,提出相关建议。
