Study on the Specifications of Ship Radio Administrative Licensing

船舶制式无线电台执照只记载部分制式无线电设备不能满足国际公约及国内法规要求。通过对现行国际公约、国内法规的研究,结合实际工作中遇到的问题,分析上述问题存在的原因,参考国际和国内无线电相关管理制度,提出解决建议。

The compulsory fitted radio station license of ships only records some of the compulsory fitted radio equipment,which can not meet the requirements of international conventions and domestic regulations.Based on a study of the current international conventions and domestic laws and regulations and in view of the problems encountered in actual work,this paper analyzes the causes for the above problems,refers to radio-related management systems both at home and abroad,and puts forward solutions.
