摘要
通过对北极东北航道当前面临的机遇和挑战进行分析,并结合近年来北极东北航道船舶类型、数量、总注册吨位、破冰能力划分及最佳季节性通航窗口期等通航情况,对北极东北航道的开发和运用提出相关建议。
Analyzing the current opportunities and challenges faced by the Arctic Northeast Route,and in the light of the navigation situation of the Arctic Northeast Route in recent years,including ship type,volume,total registered tonnage,ice breaking capacity division and the best seasonal navigation window period,this paper puts forward suggestions on the exploration and application of the Arctic northeast route.
