摘要
分析RAP掺量对再生沥青混合料马歇尔指标的影响,场拌热再生技术中废旧沥青混合料掺量一般控制在45%上下,RAP油石比4.81%,再生剂的掺配比例为RAP质量的0.1%时,可获得性能较为优质的再生沥青混合料。然而,工程实践中RAP利用率相对较低。为此,本次研究尝试分析不同RAP掺量对再生沥青混合料性能的干预,选择最为适合的RAP掺量,以增加路面的水稳性。
The influence of RAP content on Marshall index of recycled asphalt mixture is analyzed.In the hot-mix recycling technology,the content of waste asphalt mixture is generally controlled at around 45%,the RAP asphalt-aggregate ratio is 4.81%,and the mixing ratio of regenerant is 0.1%of RAP quality,so that recycled asphalt mixture with better performance can be obtained.However,the utilization rate of RAP is relatively low in engineering practice.Therefore,this study tries to analyze the interference of different RAP content on the performance of recycled asphalt mixture,and choose the most suitable RAP content to increase the water stability of pavement.
