水泥稳定风积沙基层压实特性分析

摘要 风积沙作为全国范围内分布较广,价格极为低廉的一种工程材料,通常用于填筑沙漠公路路基。随着筑路技术的快速发展,工程上已经作为集料用于路面半刚性基层与底基层中。为研究新疆地区风积沙材料工程特性,通过实地取样,根据对风积沙级配、水泥稳定风积沙材料配合比及路用性能的影响程度,以0.15 mm筛孔通过率为控制指标,将风积沙分为了A、B、C三类,并对三类风积沙水稳试件进行了室内压实试验。试验结果表明,当水泥掺量相同,风积沙细度模数越大,水泥稳定风积沙最佳含水量越小,最大干密度越大;风积沙级配严重影响水泥稳定风积沙压实性能。 Aeolian sand is widely distributed in the country and is a kind of engineering material with extremely low price,which is usually used for filling desert highway roadbeds.With the rapid development of road construction technology,it has been used as aggregate in semi-rigid base and subbase of pavement in engineering.In order to study the engineering characteristics of aeolian sand materials in Xinjiang,through field sampling,according to the degree of influence on the aeolian sand gradation,cement-stabilized aeolian sand material mix ratio and road performance,the 0.15 mm sieve pass rate is the control index.The aeolian sand is divided into three types,A,B and C,and the indoor compaction test is carried out on the three types of aeolian sand and water stability specimens.The test results show that when the cement content is the same,the greater the fineness modulus of the aeolian sand,the smaller the optimum water content of the cement-stabilized aeolian sand,and the greater the maximum dry density;the aeolian sand gradation seriously affects the cement-stabilized aeolian sand.Compaction performance.
