摘要
Ο○C组合钢管桩是采用两根小直径的无缝钢管焊接在一根大直径的钢管上,在一根无缝钢管上切割开成C型口,另一根Ο型无缝钢管能插入到C型口,形成的一种咬合钢结构。这种围堰是一种介于传统钢板桩围堰与钢套箱围堰之间的钢结构围堰方式。可应用水深在8~12 m的长江、松花江、湖泊上的桥梁、码头修建;河床地质结构为淤泥、淤泥质土、砂土、粘土、软弱土层中碎(卵)石类土和风化岩等水中深基坑防护施工;水流速度不大于2.0 m/s的深水承台施工中。Ο○C组合钢管桩围堰施工技术,单体钢管焊接成型,加工、拼装简单,单体钢管焊接成型,刚度较大,阻水路径长、止水方便、定位容易,安全性高、机械设备投入少,材料重复利用率较高,施工成本较低。
TheΟ○C combined steel pipe pile is an occluded steel structure formed by using two small diameter seamless steel pipes welded to a large diameter steel pipe,with a C-shaped opening cut into one seamless steel pipe and the otherΟseamless steel pipe able to be inserted into the C-shaped opening.This type of cofferdam is a steel structure cofferdam method between the traditional steel sheet pile cofferdam and steel jacket cofferdam.It can be applied in the construction of bridges and piers on Yangtze River,Songhua River and lakes where the water depth is 8~12 m;the construction of deep foundation pits in water where the geological structure of the riverbed is silt,silty soil,sandy soil,clay,crushed(pebble)type soil in soft soil layer and weathered rock;the construction of deep water bearing platform where the water velocity is not greater than 2.0 m/s.Ο○C combined steel pipe pile cofferdam construction technology,single Steel pipe welding and forming,simple processing and assembling,single steel pipe welding and forming,greater rigidity,long water stopping path,convenient water stopping,easy positioning,high safety,less mechanical equipment input,higher material reuse rate and lower construction cost.
