摘要
城市轨道交通运营组织进入了全自动运行的新时代,强大的轨道交通自运化运行系统在故障降级时,对行车组织及调度指挥工作提出了新的课题。针对全自动运行线路调度指挥问题,从现有全自动运行线路运营现状、运营模式入手,深入分析全自动运行线路调度指挥特点,并提出合理的调度指挥模式,包括人员配置标准、运营筹备方式、正常调度组织流程、应急调度指挥流程及运营安全事项等,其研究内容对全自动运行线路调度指挥工作效用最大化具有指导作用。
Urban rail transit operation organization has entered a new era of full-automatic operation.When the fault is degraded,the powerful rail transit automatic operation system puts forward a new topic for traffic organization and dispatching command.Aiming at the problem of dispatching and command of fully automatic operation line,starting with the current operation status and operation mode of fully automatic line,this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of dispatching and command of fully automatic operation line,and puts forward a reasonable dispatching and command mode,including personnel allocation standard,operation preparation mode,normal dispatching organization process,emergency dispatching and command process,operation safety matters,etc,The research content plays a guiding role in maximizing the utility of full-automatic line dispatching and command.
