数字普惠金融、创新驱动与区域绿色经济增长

On Digital Inclusive Finance,Innovation Drive and Regional Green Economic Growth

数字普惠金融作为数字化的产物,对区域绿色经济增长有重要影响。基于我国2011—2018年省级面板数据,利用固定效应模型和中介效应模型,从创新驱动视角出发,厘清数字普惠金融影响区域绿色经济增长的内在机制。研究发现:数字普惠金融显著促进了区域绿色经济增长,并且存在地区异质性以及广度、深度和数字化程度的异质性,东部和西部地区数字普惠金融的促进作用更大,数字普惠金融使用深度的积极效应最强;数字普惠金融通过提高创新驱动能力促进了区域绿色经济增长。市场化和城镇化的调节效应表明,市场化和城镇化水平越高,数字普惠金融对绿色经济增长的促进作用越大。因此,提出了促进数字普惠金融与绿色产业的深度融合、数字普惠金融政策实施因地制宜策略等对策建议,为区域绿色经济增长提供参考。

As a product of digitization,digital inclusive finance has an important impact on regional green economic growth.Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2011 to 2018,this paper clarifies the internal mechanism of digital inclusive finance affecting regional green economic growth from the innovation-driven perspective by using fixed effect model and intermediary effect model.It is found that digital inclusive finance significantly promotes the growth of regional green economy,and there are regional heterogeneity,as well as heterogeneity in breadth,depth and degree of digitalization,and the promotion effect of digital inclusive finance in eastern and western regions is greater,and the positive effect of the depth of the use of digital inclusive finance is the strongest;digital inclusive finance promotes the growth of regional green economy by improving its innovation-driven ability.The moderating effect of marketization and urbanization shows that the higher the level of marketization and urbanization,the greater the promotion effect of digital inclusive finance on green economic growth.Therefore,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as promoting the deep integration of digital inclusive finance and green industry,and implementing digital inclusive finance policies according to local conditions,so as to provide reference for regional green economic growth.
