摘要
目前数字银行已成为银行业的未来发展趋势,但是学术界鲜有商业银行数字银行发展水平的研究,尚未形成关于数字银行发展水平的统一评价标准。与数字化建设实践走在前列的全国性商业银行相比,区域性银行数字化建设相对滞后。结合2021年3月中国信息通信研究院发布的“可信数字化标准体系(IOMM)”和2022年1月中国银保监会发布的《关于银行业保险业数字化转型的指导意见》,采用AHP-模糊综合评价法构建区域性银行数字化发展水平评估框架,对样本区域性银行数字银行建设现状进行评估,基于此提出区域性银行数字银行的建设路径。
At present,digital banking has become the future development trend of the banking industry,but there is little research on the development level of digital banking in commercial banks in academia,and a unified evaluation standard on the development level of digital banking has not yet been formed.Compared with the national commercial banks which are in the forefront of digital construction practice,the digital construction of regional banks lags behind.Combined with the“Trusted Digital Standard System(IOMM)”issued by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology in March 2021 and the“Guidance on Digital Transformation of Banking and Insurance Industry”issued by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission in January 2022,the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct an evaluation framework for the digital development level of regional banks,and the current situation of digital bank construction of sample regional banks is evaluated,and the construction path of digital banking of regional banks is proposed based on this.
