文章通过在对新技术NFT(非同质化代币)的概念、特点、国内外发展现状和发展形式进行研究,分析了NFT发展过程中存在的网络攻击、网络金融欺诈风险,极易引发侵犯现实世界知识产权的问题;NFT热炒使其交易价格偏离真实价值,市场泡沫巨大。其中,交易筹集的资金更可能被用于非法集资、洗钱等犯罪活动。此外,NFT的去中心化、全球化特点使其更容易突破常规监管范围,为有害信息和虚假信息渗透提供了可能,这些风险对我国的技术监管能力提出了挑战。为此,针对NFT下一步在国内的应用和发展,文章提出了相关建设性意见。

In this paper,through the research on the concept,characteristics,domestic and foreign.development status and development form of the new technology NFT(non-fungible token),we discover the risks of cyber attacks and online financial fraud that are prone to exist in the development of NFT,it is also very easy to cause infringement of intellectual property rights in the real world.The hype of NFT makes its transaction price deviate from its real value and the market bubble is huge.The funds raised by the transaction are more likely to be used for criminal activities such as illegal fundraising and money laundering.In addition,the decentralization and globalization of NFT makes it easier to break through the scope of my country's conventional supervision,providing the possibility far the penetration of harmful infor mation and false information.These risks pose challenges to my country's technical supervision capabilities.For this reason,this paper puts forward relevant constructive opinions on the application and development of NFT in China in the next step.
