摘要
企业的建设和发展离不开严格的秩序管理,随着社会的不断进步以及信息技术迅猛发展,信息化建设渗透到企业的各个方面,对企业的长远发展产生了促进作用。文章分析了大型信息系统集成项目的特点,从项目范围管理缺陷、项目团队管理混乱、项目风险管理落后等方面对管理工作中存在的问题展开了探讨,从明确项目管理范围、利用W BS分解项目管理模式、建立健全风险管理机制、加强项目团队的建设和管理等方面提出应对策略,以供相关人员参考。
The construction and development of any enterprise must be accompanied by strict order management.With the continuous progress of society,information technology has achieved rapid development,and information construction has penetrated into all aspects of the enterprise and has promoted the long term development of the enterprise.This paper analyzes the characteristics of large-scale information.system integration projects,and discusses the problems existing in management work from the aspects of project scope management defects,project team management confusion,project risk management backward,establishes and improves the risk management m echanism,strengthen the construction and management of the project team,and puts forward coping strategies for reference.
