摘要
随着我国长输管道快速发展,管道钢级、管径和设计压力提升,对高效管道焊接技术提出更高要求。自动焊技术已成为国外高钢级、大口径、高压力管道建设首选技术。我国管道自动焊技术在组织管理、焊接效率、设备升级、焊材标准化等方面与国外存在差距。分析了国外管道自动焊技术在设备研制、工程应用以及管理理念等方面的先进经验。分别从管道设计、钢管制造、施工投产技术、无损检测、设备及焊材研制,提出了我国管道推广、应用和提升自动焊技术的建议。
With the rapid development of long distance pipeline in China,the steel grade,pipe diameter and design pressure of pipeline increase,which puts forward higher requirements for efficient pipeline welding technology.Automatic welding technology has become the preferred technology for foreign high grade,large diameter and high pressure pipeline construction.There is a gap between China and foreign countries in terms of organization and management,welding efficiency,equipment upgrading and welding material standardization.The advanced experience of foreign pipeline automatic welding technology in equipment development,engineering application and management concept is analyzed.From the aspects of pipeline design,steel pipe manufacturing,construction and production technology,nondestructive testing,equipment and welding materials development,suggestions on the popularization,application and improvement of automatic welding technology for pipelines in China are put forward.
