摘要
截至2020年我国油气管道总里程已经超过16.5万公里,完整性管理技术在管道安全运营过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用,准确的管道腐蚀信息决定着完整性管理系统运行的有效性。通过漏磁内检测技术对管体进行全方位的扫描,得到管体缺陷位置、尺寸、方向等具体信息,配合相应的开挖直接检查,可为金属损失生长速率的计算,管道剩余寿命的预测等参数计算提供有力的数据支撑。
By 2020,the total mileage of oil and gas pipelines in China has exceeded 165000 km.Integrity management technology plays an important role in the safe operation of pipelines.Accurate pipeline corrosion information determines the effectiveness of the operation of integrity management system.The pipe body is scanned in an all-round way through magnetic flux leakage internal detection technology to obtain the location,size and Direction and other specific information,together with the corresponding direct inspection of excavation,can provide strong data support for the calculation of metal loss growth rate,the prediction of pipeline remaining life and other parameter calculations.
