高校大学生创业生态系统“能量范式”理论模型建构

Construction of"Energy Paradigm"Theoretical Model of College Students'Entrepreneurship Ecosystem

为了帮助高校实现从“创业教育导向”向“创业支持导向”转变,高校需要建立新的创业生态系统理论模型。采用“能量输入”视角方法,可以从系统的动态平衡需要出发,进行“能量范式”的高校大学生创业生态系统的理论建模。结果发现,在这个模型中,地方政府、高校管理层和社会是模型的三个维度。高校大学生创业生态系统优化需要系统外部“能量输入”及系统内生“能量流转”,系统可以通过维度优化、生态优化和地方政府主导作用改善等渠道来实现能量向系统内创业主体的流转,研究得出了能量流转策略及能量输入思路。

In order to help colleges and universities realize the transformation from"entrepreneurship education orientation"to"entrepreneurship support orientation",colleges and universities need to establish a new theoretical model of entrepreneurship ecosystem.From the perspective of"energy input",we can carry out the theoretical modeling of"energy paradigm"college students'entrepreneurial ecosystem from the perspective of system dynamic balance.The results show that in this model,local government,college management and society are the three dimensions of this model.The optimization of college students'entrepreneurship ecosystem needs the external"energy input"and the internal"energy transfer"of the system.The system can realize the transfer of energy to the entrepreneurial subjects in the system through the channels of dimensional optimization,ecological optimization and the improvement of the leading role of local governments.The energy transfer strategy and energy input ideas are obtained.
