摘要 信任的出发点是互动,为研究智能网联车人机交互对乘客信任度的影响,以高度自动化智能网联车为对象,构建面向人机交互的智能网联车信任度分析模型,分别从方式信任、内容信任和感知威胁及信任度四个潜变量28项人机交互观测指标度量乘客信任度,以网络调查问卷数据为基础,使用偏最小二乘法的结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)检验了测量模型内部的一致性、可靠性、收敛效度和区别效度,以及模型假设,探索了各潜变量之间的影响路径,最终根据观测指标影响路劲系数对模型结果进行了分析.结果表明:影响信任度的潜变量显著程度依次为:方式信任(0.73)>感知威胁(0.53)>内容信任(0.42).综合来看,人机交互对信任度的正向影响显著存在,交互方式和内容协同影响乘客信任度,色彩图形、触觉震动、手势的交互方式的影响路径系数分别为0.51,0.47,0.44;事故、失控、突发状况等不安全因素的影响路径系数分别为0.48,0.46,0.46;车辆超车、加减速、停车等交互内容的影响路径系数分别为0.30,0.29,0.27. In order to study the influence of human-machine interface of intelligent and connected vehicles on passenger trust,a trust analysis model of intelligent and connected vehicles oriented to human-machine interface(HMI)was built,and passenger trust was measured by 28 human-computer interaction observation indicators,which were four latent variables:mode trust,content trust,perceived threat and trust.Based on the data of online questionnaire,the structural equation model(PLS-SEM)of partial least squares method was used to test the consistency,reliability,convergence validity,discrimination validity and model hypothesis of the measurement model,and the influence paths among the latent variables were explored.Finally,the road strength coefficient was analyzed according to the observation indexes.The results show that the significant degree of latent variables affecting trust is:way trust(0.73)>perceived threat(0.53)>content trust(0.42).On the whole,Human-Machine Interface has a significant positive impact on the trust,and the interaction mode and content cooperate to affect the trust of passengers.The path coefficients of the interaction mode of color graphics,tactile vibration and gestures are 0.51,0.47 and 0.44 respectively.The influence path coefficients of unsafe factors such as accidents,out of control and emergencies are 0.48,0.46 and 0.46 respectively.The influence path coefficients of interaction contents such as overtaking,acceleration and deceleration,and parking are 0.30,0.29,and 0.27 respectively.
