高掺量再生钢渣沥青混合料组成与设计研究 被引量:7

摘要 文中采用两种不同的钢渣和一种玄武岩作为高掺量废旧沥青混合料RAP再生料的新集料,制备不同比例的RAP掺量下的再生沥青混合料,从RAP的含水量、旧沥青和旧集料的性能评价来综合评估RAP在再生钢渣沥青混合料中的应用.校核不同掺量的再生沥青性能,确定再生剂在RAP老化沥青中的掺量,对比不同比例新老沥青与再生剂混合的混融沥青的性能,重点评价混融沥青的流变性能和分子结构,确定再生料的拌和温度和拌和顺序. Two kinds of steel slag and one kind of basalt were used as new aggregates of recycled asphalt mixture(RAP)with high content,and recycled asphalt mixtures with different RAP content were prepared.The application of RAP in recycled steel slag asphalt mixture was comprehensively evaluated from the water content of RAP,the performance evaluation of old asphalt and old aggregate.The performance of recycled asphalt with different content was checked,and the content of recycled agent in RAP aged asphalt was determined.By comparing the properties of mixed asphalt mixed with new and old asphalt and regenerant in different proportions,the rheological properties and molecular structure of mixed asphalt were mainly evaluated,and then the mixing temperature and mixing sequence of recycled materials were determined.
