摘要
经济社会的飞速发展对高等教育的责任使命提出新的要求,高质量发展将是高等教育当前及未来发展的主要目标和核心工作。教学督导是高校加强教学质量监控、保障教学质量的重要手段之一。当前高校教学督导存在的问题主要表现为:制度不健全、队伍“专家型”程度不高、内容不全面、方式不科学和成效认可度不高等。因此,高校要基于教育高质量发展要求,从优化督导制度、健全督导队伍、完善督导内容、更新督导理念和构建科学的督导评价体系方面重构督导工作体系,使教学督导在教育高质量发展理念下高效开展工作,确保高校内部质量保障体系良性发展,进而提升人才培养质量。
The rapid development of economy and society puts forward new requirements for the responsibility and mission of higher education,and high-quality development will be the main goal and core work of the current and future development of higher education.Teaching supervision is one of the important means to strengthen teaching quality supervision and guarantee teaching quality in colleges and universities.By using the methods of literature and case analysis,the main problems of teaching supervision in colleges and universities are as follows.On one hand,the system is not perfect,the team is not professional and the content is not comprehensive;on the other hand,the method is not scientific and the effectiveness recognition is not very high.At present,colleges and universities should be based on the requirements of high-quality education development to restructure the supervision work system by optimizing the supervision system,improving the supervision team,perfecting the supervision content,updating the supervision concept and constructing a scientific evaluation system for the supervision,which enables the teaching supervisors work efficiently,ensuring the benign development of the internal quality assurance system in colleges and universities and thus improving the quality of personnel training.
