从《花椒木》看写作中的角色与时态问题

Person and Tense in The Pepper Log by Jiang Fei

江非是出生于70年代的重要诗人,短诗《花椒木》为其代表性作品。本文将这件作品与弗洛斯特、贝克特及王安石的作品相比较,较为深入地分析了这件作品的角色问题和时态问题,同时揭示了三个角色(“父亲”“我”和“陌生人”)与三种时态(“过去”“现在”和“将来”)的对应关系。本文最终试图证明,“花椒木”在《花椒木》中具有霍金所谓“时间箭头”的功能。

The short poem The Pepper Log is the representative work of Jiang Fei,an excellent poet born in 1970s.By comparing the poem with works by Frost,Beckett and Wang Anshi to analyze its person and tense,this article finds in it the correspondence between the three persons(father,I and the stranger)with the three tenses(past,present and future).In this sense,the image of pepper log in the work functions as“arrows of time”put forward by Hawkinng.
