摘要
水电工程环境监理是确保工程环境保持“三同时”制度落实的重要手段。为了探讨如何使水电工程环境监理工作落到实处,本文以金沙江乌东德水电站环境监理为例,在总结环境监理工作内容、程序和环境问题处理方式的基础上,提出了改进建议,以期为水电工程环境监理提供切实可操作的监理模式。
Environmental supervision for hydropower projects is crucial means to ensure the implementation of “Three Synchroneities”principle:pollution control facilities shall be designed,constructed,and operated synchronously with the main project. With the environmental supervision of Wudongde Hydropower Project as an example,we put forward suggestions for improvement on the basis of summarizing the work content,procedure and treatment of problems in environmental supervision. The research is expected to provide a practical supervision mode for environmental supervision of hydropower projects.
